Bought myself a cheap watch for NS at 18 dollars. Its the same model that I had when I was in primary school. And I used it to time my "swimming speed".
Freestyle clocked at:
46 seconds for 50metres
&
1 minute 40 seconds for 100 metres
Not very fast and I compared my timing with Singapore's record.
22.69 seconds for 50 metres
&
51.00 seconds for 100 metres
Half of their speed la. Can't even compare.
