I'll now talk about my mahjong stories. Derieved from yesterday's victorious mahjong conquest.

We played 3 rounds of mahjong and the best round for me was the 2nd round. 1st round was horrendous and i was on a losing streak until like bei feng then i gamed my first game of 3 doubles. What was interesting in the first round was that someone actually gamed "zha hu" and someone still zi mo. Which means that he'll have to pay us 22 bucks each. Ha. Anyway, he can afford it cos hes the sole winner at that point of time. Luck still did not decline for him, and he continued to game 4 doubles and such. Diao! So that was end of round one. And i think my score = -20plus bucks

So here come the 2nd round. Like i always said "chi bao bao, jiu hu wu tai" (eat full full equals game 5 doubles), and indeed luck was now on mr. johnathan. Ever game, i'll have like 2 doubles at the start of the game. So fun to play ya. And then, i gamed 3 rounds of 5doubles of which 1 is zi mo de.

Thursday, I had played a pool competition and I lost 5-3. Should say, I did well, cos i didnt play pool for like aeons of time like 2 or 3 years. At least i won 3 games. This ain't consoling myself. 1st game and im booted out. Haiya. haiyaya. I had also studied like 50 pages of the basic theory driving test book. I'll be having the test on next tuesday. And i want to declare that im taking auto instead of manual. It aint a loser thing ya!

Friday, first time in my life that i waited for like 1 plus hours for someone. Never had I waited that looonnng. Now, i find that sushi buffets are so a waste of money. Suki Sushi, Sakae Sushi, all not nice. Now, ill just go and have my salmon sashimi instead of the buffet. I wore my newly bought shorts and guess what, I spilled the whole glass of green tea on it. Luckily it was on the right hand side of the shorts and (not the centre) its not very obvious cos my shorts is dark green. If not, ill look like as if ive peed. And It dried very fast as well. Went Esplanade rooftop and talked a bit.

Saturday, im going to see brandon, and im going to torture him!! And maybe to play some mahjong as well. And to Xiaopei, sorry ar, dont go tien court with you ya!! And people who doesnt reply my sms, please reply!! And also if i win today like 50 bucks, im going to buy heroes 5. Off to bathe. Ganbate.

I am just testing my memory skills.

Last Tuesday, had some zi cha feast at boss office in lieu with Lau Tienky's (a person's name) entry of BMTC. Feast includes pork rib king, black sauce prawns, black bean bitter gourd fish head and some vegetables. Then, proceeded to our usual gambling sessions and i think i won. It was like bout 10 pm, went cine to try to play some snooker. But it was somehow packed and had to wait on the waiting list. Toured Cine, had used the word toured cos we went to level 9, some entertainment level which I had never been to since the bowling lanes had changed. And one thing to note is the availability of rooms for people to watch movies in privacy or even play games. The amazing point that I would like to point out is NOT "the availability of rooms for people to watch movies in privacy or even play games" . But it is the fact that how dirty these rooms are with different people visiting these rooms and how frequent do you think that these rooms are cleaned, or should i say properly cleaned? I say, you pay a charge and you get to enjoy the games or movies but at a , err, dirty place. Why not just stay at home? Enough bout level 9, went down to level 8 and still, continued to wait for our snooker table. And our waiting effort is paid off, and we had 3 games. Won 2 out of 3. So loser punches for the table = loser pays for the table rate. The pool tables there had some nicely brownly beige coloured cloths that looked like royal velvet, something luxurious to play on. On closer look, it is actually like the texture of a mop. And ya, one more thing bout the touring, it was my first time to enter cineleisure's carpark. Ha.!! so its another touring aspect!! The day has ended cos it had past 12midnight, but our day is yet to be over. Had roti prata at Thomson and we had a table in the oil fumed air restaurant. Prata wasnt really fantastic and the ginger tea was not too nice as well. Everything was paid in courtesy of our beloved peter. Aint the story long? Its only like tuesday ya. ha!!

Now we come to Wednesday, again, back to cine, had some lunch and some shopping and some neoprints. Spent like a whopping 60 bucks. The neoprints look hideously ugly, i think, its like the worst neoprints ive taken but nvm, lets take again ya!! Was empty handed till we visited Tangs, and i saw a secondary friend there, he grew rounder and fatter. And he had a new english name. Act angmao sia, rockclift? think thats how it should be spelled ya! Then i finally saw something that caught my eye, its a knee length olive green shorts. Tried on the size 30 piece, can fit in but its a little bit tight, finally settled for the size 32 one and it had a 50 percent discount!! So, paid 30 bucks for the shorts. So wednesday was a rather short day isnt it? But I had walked till my legs are pain ar. pain ar.!!

Thursday, played some computer games in the afternoon. Guess what happened to morning? Sleeping!! Smartasses.!! Er, then our beloved recruit to be koh tien wen and his mom visited my house and he tried to place his graphic card into my com and a 512 ram as well. We spent some time on it and the computer isnt working well with the graphic card added into it. Then, suddenly, i heard something from him, "a com spoil whenver i touch it, so sway. i shall not touch any other com in future" diao!! then u still come and touch my com!! but luckily it recovered and nothing bad happened to my com. And then, we went for some running at the stadium, luckily it wasnt occupied for some school sports day like the last time. Aim: 10 rounds. And I completed. He had also completed but at a round slower than me. It may seem that i am a fast runner but im not. Went to visit ah ma house and had dinner and we gambled mahjong and tee and I LOST!! Actually i shouldnt gamble till like 1am when I had like sweated from the run. The feeling is liek argh!! But being the always accommodating and good natured person. I accommodated!! But i still lose. Sad!!

Friday, got up in the morning bout 11am with my stomach feeling very very hungry. And had asked for extra chicken meat for my chicken rice takeaway. The meat was indeed extra, cos the rice was not enough!! but nvm, chicken meat is healthy anyway. Today is the exciting day where i get to visit the Basic Military Training Centre (BMTC) at Pulau Tekong accompanying, recuit to be koh tienky and his parents. We had reached some multi storey carpark at pasir ris and we were deciding the number of coupons we had to tear to ensure that we do not get the summon, or should it be spelled summan. ha. Then, some very clever people tore 10, 50 cents coupon with a date of 16 March 200(6). Very smart. Then we met up with recruit to be koh and his parents at Pasir Ris Interchange, then we proceeded to a coach. From the coach, we reached a jetty, from the jetty we took a small ship to reach Pulau Tekong. So troublesome lo. First image of the BMTC was that it looked like chalet. We alighted from the ship and walked some distance and we finally reached a point where parents and the enlistee are to be separated. Some sad feelings came, but like i say, some only. Then they gave us each a goodie bag, goodies include a 3 piece pack oreo cookies that expires in like 2 weeks time, a packet of tissue (to wipe sweat or tears??), a pen and a plastic bag to contain these items. Plastic bag was mentioned as the number of goodies is like too few. And this reminds me of the buffet menu received from my relative for the reunion day on CNY day 9. It says, Buffet includes a spread of 18 dishes which includes, blah blah blah, what is cute about the menu is item 18, distilled water. diao!! You should not include the water in the menu lor, it sounds so cheapo. And dumb. Back to the BMTC, we then headed for another coach after collecting our goodie bag. On the coach, they showed us the various places that your son and daughters (slipped out from their mouth) will be using during the 3 month training. Think too much of girls ya!!. And then"tourguide", 2nd lieutenant someone showed us around, the bunk, eatery, recreation room. Recreation room was equipped with a pool table, table tennis table, board games, dart, television, comfy sofas, fully air conditioned facilities and recruits get to enjoy these facilities when they HAVE THE FREE TIME. We were then lead to a small open air, "amphitheatre" to listen to a talk on the items that the recruits will have FREE OF CHARGE. They shouldnt emphasis on the free of charge lo at the start of the talk. There was one bag that i particularly liked, quite nice looking and it can hold 3 litres of water in the bag itself. Ha. Last stop of the day is to have dinner at their canteen at 450pm? dinner? okay lor, no choice, the dinner plate had butter rice, corn, chicken cutlet, beans, bread, cream of chicken and syrup drinks. Wasnt really tasty in fact the rice was the most horrible type of rice ive ever ever taken. I think it is the problem of the butter that they use to cook the rice. Ya and the day tour finally ended with recruit to be koh sending us back to the jetty and we Bid good bye. Enjoy ya!! In the night, we went to paragon and someone helped a someone to buy a MontBlanc Pen at $425 for another someone's birthday present. Rich people here. Long and tiring day finally ended.

After visiting Tekong, it motivates me to run. So i went for a run. Saturday was spent at home, cleaning my room, playing my games and day had ended.

Sunday, is my great grandfather (mother side) death date or something like that, had great food at ah ma house and great mahjong games (12 hours) cos i had won!! Winning at the last minute, aint I lucky?

Monday, again run.

Wednesday swam.

Write until so tired.

Ive, been resting for the past few days! Recuperating, from carbohydrates and fats gobbled down the past week. Staying at home makes me a little sick, i'll rather work and earn some cash and then happily spend them off. When im home, i will have to play some computer games to kill time and ive happily borrowed the Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 from my friend. I was looking forward to playing it cos I enjoyed the 1st version of the game. BUT!!, I cant play when its all cracked, installed and meets all the minimum requirements. And its a little bit sad.

My mom recently asked me, why you never update your blog since you are like so free these few days staying at home and got lots of time, FYI, shes my loyal blog follower. Cos, at home nothing to write about mah. But i still write, cos im feeling the itch to write.

Watched "Just Follow Law" yesterday and its a pretty long movie and a dumb movie. Of all the movies jack neo made, I think that "I not stupid 1 and 2" are the only ones that are worth the money to watch. The rest are just give you some jokes at certain parts of the movie, usually evenly spread so that people will not fall asleep and you just laugh it off. Moreover, i find that the jokes are so not original now. Eg. www.guanyinma.com and www.laozhabou.blogspot.com. Haha, so funny!! Went for the usual run, around my neighbourhood which takes about 1/2 an hour or so to complete the 4.2km route. Which is so slow. I wonder if i'll pass the IPPT next year.

The day before yesterday, I had cooked some soup for myself for dinner. The soup had carrots, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes. It is a healthy and hearty broth but it is not very nice in terms of taste.

Im chewing on lots of food with the numerous food outings with friends!

Thursday was the last day of exams. SO was playing for the past few days and for a few more days to come.

Friday was not exactly out to play, I went to have Mac at Tampines to have lunch and coincidently, it was a sportsday for a particular secondary school and thus Mac was filled full of Secondary boys and girls. When you look at them, it gives you a feeling that youre connected with them cos we were once like them. And I made a discovery on that day, sec girls are so chor lor. The way they eat talk sit. Is so CHOR LOR. But its ok de la, they will learn someday. I wonder if my sec2 cousin is also like them as well. Had filet o fish students meal which comes with a lemonade and fries. The filet o fish had changed packaging from a blue paper to a nicely designed box (those box for mcspicy ones). And also, I was wondering that how many turnovers Mac has, 10times a day? Lastly, why didnt they have Mac serviettes? As in the serviettes with the Mac printed on them since Mac has so many Mac identity stuff such as cup, straw, bag. It makes you think this way after you've been studying 2 years of hospitality stuff. After the lunch, I went to the job agency nearby and went for an interview and im still waiting for their call.

Saturday went to Mary's house. Her house was hard to find. It was in the densely populated Tampines region which she claims is high residential area and is good. Her house was spacious, i agree. But her house is very empty which makes the house spacious. And it was located on the 8th floor which makes it windy. Her mom is cuter than her. Cos the way she speaks and the logic behind her words is so Shan Cai Mother in Meteor Garden. Then, had spaghetti for lunch in tomato base sauce with prawns, chicken minces and button mushrooms. It was nice. Went to learn some guitar strumming, music keys and beats which i cant really learn that fast. Time past fast and I left for a dinner with my parents. We had decided to have our dinner at Soup Restaurant. SO we went to search for it. We headed for tampines mall first, from the 1st floor then the top floor and back to the first and went to Century Square. Again, from the 1st to the top and back to the first. Finally we went to the basement and found the favoured restaurant with a long queue. But they were quite efficient hence we got a sit and ordered just in moments of time. We had garlic curly prawns, brocolli with mushroom, chicken with lettuce wrapping, lotus roots and pork rib soup and a very oily fish with lots of fats(but they like to eat the fats). It was quite nice but it went too full for the 3 of us. Visited Kian Soon at bossini and bought a T shirt at 13bucks which looks like watermelon skin before heading back home.

Sunday can be categorised into 4 categories. Visiting Brandon, Playing cards, Swimming and Lo hei. I won like 50 bucks from the card game. Swam 40laps at the very quiet JalanBesar pool. Had lots of vegetables eating the yusheng and only 2 slices of very smoked salmon. I was the one eating most for the yusheng and so maybe that was why i had won for the card game.

Monday, was a slow day for me, played an old old old game. Heroes 3 and found it, ya , quite enjoyable. Then came afternoon, and re-layout my room to make it nicer ya and indeed its very nice now. Went to visit my younger cousin in the evening at Ang Mo Kio, wanted to treat him something cos hes like going into the army in 2 weeks time. We were always together with another eldest cousin when we were small. We played, learnt stuff, schooled and go out with our moms together long long time ago. We went to the newly renovated AMK hub, it was boost with the largest NTUC in Singapore, named NTUC-xtra. Nothing great by the way, it just looked like Carrefour or Giant. And had about 30 plus cashiers. Then my cousin suggested to eat at a restaurant called NewYork, but I told him if it was NewYorkNewYork, the one at Citylink. He said and assured that it was NewYork. But in the end guess whos rite?

Tuesday, lunch, kbox and dinner at cine. Ya, it was enjoyable.

I realised Zara's stuff are worth buying as they exude a level of high street fashion. Exude is such a word to use. Though they are usually quite priceyly priced. But this problem can be solved either by "going to their sales" or "earning more cash". So, i'll employ both methods to buy more Zara stuff.

And I had realised that I eat a lot when studying for exams. Whenver i'm reading notes, ill need food to munch on. And something to share, I ate 1 fish & chip and 1 chicken leg pasta, 2 main courses for my break between exams at 430pm. When I had already like had my lunch before that. What L said is definitely true! Use your brain and you will need energy. (Sugary stuff that he eats every now and then)

Holidays last for 6 weeks. Provided I dont fail my exams!

The feeling is abit numb. I actually wanted to leave out the "abit". But then, it will sound so severe on me. But the feeling is really numb for me.

Exams come, 5 papers in 3 days and study week is eaten up by CNY and i started real slow on my revision. Then just before the exam day, intense studying comes, but merely 3 hours a day at max.

Then went for the first paper, looked at the question paper, finish it, leave the examination room and the story goes for another paper till I finished the fifth one.

What was significant to me was the reading through of the question paper during the 10 minutes of reading time. I felt that those 50 minutes (cos 5 papers x 10 min) were most precious to me during this whole process of studying and examing. I felt special about this 50 minutes spent. These 50 minutes are surely well spent and I'll remember the special feeling about them.
