There's Food and beverage on Wednesday.

And MICE and Facilities management on Thursday.

Accounting was fairly easy though i thought i could score full marks if not 98, but i had made careless mistakes so maybe 85 or something. Lodging is a very hard paper, but think there'll be moderation.

Something went bigly wrong when i was doing the accounting paper. The air con was very very very cold and i had only wore shorts and a very fine tshirt. I requested the uncle(invigilator) to increase the temperature before the exams however he refused. Citing the reason that i'm such a strong guy and yet i'm feeling cold and I told him that fats were absent from my body. (From the fact that i had biology background, ha, Fats are insulators of Heat) So the paper started and I felt heavy bouts of stomach aches and cramps but had continued to finish the paper. After 3/4 of the exam time past, "Run to the toilet" was the image in my mind. No longer able to tolerate the pain. I handed up the paper to the uncle. Uncle told me, "you never write your name." If it wasnt for him, i wouldve gotten a zero. Btw, im still having the intense stomachache. Stuffing my stuff franctically into my bag, i headed to the nearest gents and it had a OOO - Out of order sign outside, but i continued and went in. The cleaning auntie inside then grumble grumble grumble, "so many toilet why come this one" . OKAY FINE, then i went off, running to the next gents. I was running in a half bent manner cos my stomach was really hurting and someone spoted me running in that unsightly manner and kept making fun of me.

Lastly in the festive mood of giving well wishes to whoever wherever now and then:

The pig year is here. And I was thinking that for the next pig year to come, I would be 30 years old. So so Diao. Ill be like very old and Jiamin will be even older. Wonder if she will look more like IreneAng. I dont see her in Culi classes anymore, so i'll not get pinched or screamed at. Just hope that we'll not be in the same class for next year. Ha.

I went back to Montfort the other day. I reached at 1o and the security stopped us from entering. They say that OLD boys have to wait until 11 when the CNY concert finishes then we are allowed to step into the school. They gave us 2 options to choose, 1 is to sit down on the floor near the security post and wait like quarantined victims, 2ndly is to do some CNY shopping at the neighbourhood stalls and kopitiams opposite our school. We choose the 2nd option. But not wanting to be squeezing with aunties and appearing "Unhip", we went to Macdonalds to have breakfast though I had already taken. I had pancakes with sausage, hashbrown and milk. The pancakes were very nice cos it was like soaked in the maple or honey syrup.

We went back and then talked to the teachers. Favourite teacher, clare choy was surprisingly still there cos she said in like 3 years ago that she will be retiring when she saves $100,000. Think she had already tens of thousands at that time. And to check with her this time, she said she had 80k le. So maybe ill only have 3 more years of teachers day to visit her. She then talked to us and we started the usual teacher-student game called "Guess the students names". And then she started calling out names (but never call my name at all), all was right except one, think liyao will be damn sad. I asked her why she didnt call my name at all. And she replied: Need to say de meh, Johnathan lar, how will i forget lor. (Im like so special) For your information, Clare is a very cool teacher. The way she talks and stand are so her. And remember the times when Eugene and I were like always trying to imitate her. She was like so so fierce but we were like so so not afraid of her and always joked around. Eg, when shes like using the visualiser, she accidentally or purposely showed her diamond ring and it flashed on the screen. We were like, whoah. Miss choy you buy Ring for yourself ar, later not enough to retire lor. Last thing bout her, she highlighted her hair with green, blue and purple before, then we asked her why she can highlight lor. Then she replied, cos I will not be a role model in the school, boys will have to look up to a male teacher and not me. Diao"."

Being back at the school brings back so much memories. Secondary school life is the best, i think. When we were there, we were the 04 graduates which is like the senior of the people going back to school to visit teachers. So damn old lo. Jm - OLD.

I bought the very normal bling bling dog tag from 77th street and someone told me :"eh, very samuel seah leh" But I still bought it. And Aunties all say that the necklace look like girl one. These Aunties include my mom and my beloved aunt Liancy. I'll try not to ask Aunties for their opinions in future. Bleah lo.

Me and my team cooked French Onion Soup. And one thing I found out about chefs is that they do not know their sciences even though they are teaching us the subject culinary SCIENCE. Simple stuff such as density, they dont know.

Here's an example:

We requested for 13litres of chicken stock and the chef gave us one pot of chicken stock. And then, we felt weird cos it looks little to us. Then we went to measure the volume of the pot of stock and it turned out to be 8 litres only. I went to the chef and asked for our remaining 5 litres of stock. The Chef showed a "a bit arrogant" face or rather kuku i would call it and asked me if the chicken stock is enough?

BUT we requested in litres lor, not in Kilograms. Your reply merely showed that you do not know the term "density" -______-

Actually I do not hate chefs that much but except for this chef that i mentioned. Hes (big hint to who the chef is le to TAS students) so so biased against guys. In like 30 minutes, he can call "Johnathan" like 5 times to do stuff and such and for the other girls he just smile smile and flirt with them lo. Nevermind, its over already and ill wish you chefs to have a good time ahead.

I was very tired after painting my room. I painted from like 1pm to 11pm. 10 hours. When everything was done, I walked into my room and the whole feel is like "banana smoothie".

Johnathan had just rearranged his furnitures in his room last night. I want to say thanks to my mum cos when we shifted the furnitures, there were like chucks of dusts underneath and she helped me cleaned it.And she missed her 10 o clock erchun and yuying show. And one last thing, i shifted one of my tables out and guess where it goes? My mum and dad's room. Ha. Their room is like a storeroom. I felt abit evil but. ya. just evil.

My new room layout. Colourful ya.! Now, my bed is facing the sky and its in the middle of the room and there are lots of stuff on the floor now (top right corner of my room) They are meant to be on the floor for decoration purpose. They include lava lamp, standing thermometer, bears, phones and gifts. If you got time, you may book an appointment with me to visit my room ya? ha. Im very room-proud now. And this weekend im going to paint my room. And maybe get a armchair to replace my old comfy chair from Ikea.
